Almost all my life I have been over weight. I have always tried unsuccessfully to lose weight. I hit the highest I have ever been last year at 294. I never used to weight that much but after I had my son I lost a bunch of weight and then gained even more back. I have decided to write about my journey of losing weight. I will be doing a weekly weigh in to track my progress and I will do post others time talking about my struggles and successes. Since last year I have been exercising and lost weight. I weighed in yesterday at 267. I'm really happy with that because I like to think to myself, "ok well I'm almost done to the weight I was when i was pregnant." then one day I can say to myself that's how much I weighed after I had my son. Slowly i will hit different marks that i will be happy with. And one day I will be at the weight I want to be.
