Week 1

I wasn't able to blog Saturday because i had no computer do to a virus. To update the readers i unfortunately have not lost any weight. It gets kind of discouraging since that is my biggest goal right now besides school. I try the best i can but living in the house that i do my mother is NO help. she always has snack foods in the house and at night it's hard to control my cravings. Sometimes my sister can be no help either but she is at least better support. So here is where I stand:

 
Current Weight: 267 lbs

Goal Weight: 150 lbs

Pounds to lose: 117

  1. Try Sparkpeople.com Ive lost 25lbs using the site. You count calories and meet certain goals daily. Ive learned so much about food and what I can eat. What I love is that you can eat anything its all portion control. My weakness is sweets, when I get a craving watch out. So the house always has Fiber one 90 calorie brownies(delish) and skinny cow 150 calorie ice cream cones. You can do it! It takes time and alot of learning. Its almost a science to me.
